We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Manager to join our leadership team in Hospice in the Home. This Manager will bring with them transferable skills which can be utilised at Hospice in the Weald. You will need to be able to prioritise, use your own initiative and be dedicated to driving forward changes.

The Manager will be responsible for managing the HitH team who deliver highly effective symptom management and interventional support to patients with a palliative diagnosis, in their own homes, community, private hospitals and at the Hospice.

You will be a self-motivated individual who is a team player, but also enjoy working with a high degree of autonomy within a changing and progressive environment.
