The Queen Phillippa is a highly successful family run Bistro with rooms located in the heart of Queenborough on the Isle of Sheppey. We have 17 comfortable en-suite bedrooms and our Bistro boats a welcoming and relaxed dining experience plus we have outside dining in our riverside garden.
We are looking for someone to work alongside our reservations team on a part time basis. The position will involve preparation for check in, meeting and greeting guests, liaising with our housekeepers regarding the arrival and departure of guests and being on hand for other duties that may occur on a day to day basis. The ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service, possess a can-do positive attitude and be a real team player. It would be preferred to have a good knowledge of booking systems, although full training is given. The candidate will need to be flexible with being able to work both evenings, weekends and cover holiday where required.
