Do you have residential lettings experience and are looking for a new challenge?
KHR Recruitment are currently partnered with a renowned Property Management business who are looking for a new Senior Relationship Manager to join their team. This will be a 12 month maternity cover role.
Paying £26-28,000 dependent on experience.
The Senior Relationship Manager will support services nation-wide and will ensure the smooth management and delivery of all key services to clients.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Building strong relationships with clients and network
* Identifying opportunities for additional services to existing accounts
* Visiting clients and obtaining regular feedback
* Complaint management
* Managing & motivating a small support team
* Providing monthly performance reports
* Ensuring that service standards are achieved & identify improvements to procedures
This role is ideal for someone with lettings/property management experience who is now looking to take their career to the next level. You will also be confident communicating over the phone and face to face, working as part of a motivated, successful team and able to support on system and process improvement.
