The Collections team ensure the efficient and timely collection of residential and commercial arrears whilst maintaining a proactive collections strategy.

What you will be doing:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to monitor accounts that are in arrears and to negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers in order to bring their account up to date.
Your responsibilities will includeâ¦
* Communicating with customers efficiently via the telephone, email and in writing
* Amending mortgage accounts as necessary ensuring accurate data entry onto the mortgage servicing system
* Identifying and preparing accounts for litigation
* Providing a consistently high level of customer service to internal and external customers
* Interacting with OSB's back office team providing assistance and performing quality checks
In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £19,000 - £23,500 and a competitive benefits package including:

* Previous work experience in a collections or arrears role
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Qualifications in Maths and English
