BOOKKEEPER (manufacturing company)
Part or full-time
We have a great opportunity available for an experienced Bookkeeper who is looking to grow and expand with a company and take on more responsibility.
Our client is a forward-thinking manufacturing business who are focused on environmental sustainability. They have exciting growth plans for the next 12 months which will increase their profit by nearly 50%.
*Post receipts and payments from paying in books, cheque books, sales ledger, purchase ledger, nominal ledger and bank statements
*Reconcile bank accounts at least once a month
*Quarterly VAT returns
*Monthly Intrastat declarations
Moving forward this role could also take on additional duties. An example, but not limited to, could be Payroll, or HR duties.
*Experience in similar role
*Manufacturing / Production / Engineering industry sector preferred
*Used to working in a stand-alone role
*Keen to develop the role further
*Driver preferred due to location but not essential
*Strong Excel skills
*Sage 50 experience
