We are searching for an individual who has significant experience in a customer facing role with some knowledge of Home Emergency scenarios such as boiler break down, blocked drains or electrical failure.
You will be regularly answering First Notification of Loss calls from policy holders, ensuring you are providing excellent customer service throughout the whole Claims journey.
This role will be 8-hour shifts on evenings and weekends.
