Financial Services Administrator - 12-month FTC

£17,000
Mon - Fri - 36.5 hours
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for Financial Services Administrator to join a large, successful and well reputed business in West Malling.
This is a 12-month, Fixed Term Contract that may lead to a permanent position!
Joining a diverse and friendly team, you will ideally be from a Financial Services background, where you are familiar with working in a heavily regulated, demanding and high-pressured environment.
Duties include:
* Handling all administration for any discrepancies and quotation queries
* Keeping systems up to date and accurately managing data and customer information
* General Administration support to other departments
* Working in a busy environment, prioritising a varied workload
* Composing well written email responses
* Methodically following processes in order to resolve queries/ quotes
* To aid and support to other team members on other ad-hoc tasks
* To build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders ensuring a professional high service is always given
The successful candidate will have/be:
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* The ability to work to strict deadlines
* A strong team player
* Confident in using all Microsoft Office applications
* Great interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication skills
* A self-motivated and pro-active personality
* A good grasp of the English language, both written and verbal
* A positive 'can do' attitude, an individual who is willing to go the extra mile
* Confidence in trying news tasks, looking at all successes and mistakes as opportunities to learn and grow
* Previous experience of working in the Financial Sector is an advantage
