Your new company
A local Main contractor with a focus on new build residential schemes. With 10+ live sites and several more due to start before Christmas they are one of the busiest and most stable construction businesses in the region. They now seek an experienced site manager for a recently secured project in the greater Bromley area. The project is a new build apartment scheme consisting of a new build steel frame on top of a small RC frame creating a total of 30 apartments. due on site within 4 weeks.

Your new role
As site manager you will be number 1 on site reporting to the construction director, You will be responsible for all day to day site activities including subcontract management, enforcing health and safety, quality control, site diary, liaising with the client and office as needed and generally ensuring the smooth running of the site.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong site management background with previous experience of building small to medium residential schemes, ideally with a main contractor. You will hold valid first aid, CSCS & SMSTS qualifications and be looking for a long term role in the SE London/Kent region
