Our client, a forward thinking and progressive practice with offices in Canterbury and London, is looking to recruit an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their award-winning organisation.



They work on a variety of projects across the UK, both on a commercial and residential basis.



You will be working as part of a collaborative, dynamic and talented team from their modern offices in Canterbury or London, both with excellent transport links.



As the Architectural Technologist you will…



* Produce drawings and produce/submit planning applications.
* Conduct measured surveys.
* Assist in the preparation of drawings, reports, visualisations, schedules and specifications.
* Produce planning application drawings.
* Liaise with clients and other consultants to develop designs and prepare documentation for tender purposes.



Working as a key part of the technical team, you will get the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects.

As the Architectural Technologist you will possess the following…



* Ideally a minimum 2 years' experience working in practice.
* An Architectural Technology degree or HNC/D in construction.
* Proficiency with AutoCAD.
* REVIT experience desirable but not essential.
* CIAT member useful but not a must.
* Experience with residential and commercial projects from RIBA Stages 4-6
* NBS experience desirable but not essential
