Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a new opportunity?
We are recruiting for a Human Resources Manager for a well-established international technology solution company. This is a newly created role and will require a candidate familiar working in a stand-alone role. The role will be varied, with duties including:
* Taking full responsibility for the HR function of the business
* Recruiting new staff into the business
* Payroll administration
* Reviewing/improving delivery of compensation and bonus schemes
* Maintaining, improving and introducing new policies, programs and procedures
* Completion of required administration
As this is a new position for the company, you will have scope to improve and/or implement policies and procedures to enhance the HR presence.
