Are you good on the phone? Maybe you have been working in customer service or sales and want to work in a relationship building capacity.
Our client, based in central Tunbridge Wells head-quarters, work within the up-and-coming health and well-being sector, and with potential and future development on the horizon, they are going to be expanding their teams.

Enjoy working in a varied client-facing role; working to develop relationships, build an understanding of each client and their developing needs and requirements. Build rapport, create conversation and support the client with advice, product/service knowledge and your empathy and understanding of them as an individual.
You will also undertake general administration behind the scenes: processing payments, creating quotations and database updates.
This is not a telesales/call-centre role, but will be based on the phones in a small, close-knit team and occasionally liaising with clients in person.
As this is a small company, you might find you take on additional support tasks to the events and marketing teams and that of the managers and directors.
