The role is full time, 37 hours.

The role will work flexibly, working from home, with a contractual base at their Sevenoaks Office with a requirement to travel as necessary to fulfil duties of the role. We have new ways of working to support working from home due to our corporate response to Covid-19 and ongoing office closures for day to day work and team support and interaction. Supporting the work of the Tenancy Services and Community Safety team to enable the efficient triage and management of community safety concerns across all areas where we have homes

Your new role

The role will be reporting to our Community Safety Manger.

The role will be responsible for triaging new daily complaints of anti-social behaviour (ASB) to ensure the policies and procedures, including risk assessments, are completed and adhered to before they are assigned to an Officer within Tenancy Services for ongoing case handling. The role will also manage some cases themselves to resolution.


What you'll need to succeed


* Experienced in successful community safety case management principles and be confident to self-manage a portfolio of anti-social behaviour cases where necessary to help support the Tenancy Services team and keep case-loads at a manageable level across all officers
* Have an excellent understanding of community safety services in Kent and demonstrable experience of partnership working to achieve sustainable outcomes.
* Be capable of using their experience to provide professional advice and guidance to internal colleagues and external partners on all relevant cases.
* Hold exceptional skills in handling difficult conversations, promoting resident responsibility for the behaviours of themselves, their households and their visitors.
* Have a flexible approach to their work, adaptable to changing daily demands and excellent time management skills.
* Proven track record of being solution focused and confident in Microsoft packages and learning bespoke customer record management systems
