To convert sales leads that have been generated by our website - involving email enquiries, telephone enquiries, and walk-in customers. Managing, processing, and administrating office furniture sales - including new and used office furniture. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously selling furniture but this is not essential.
You will be working with a small team organising and administrating office furniture sales and deliveries. Familiarity with Sage 50 Accounts for sales order processing and invoicing will be an advantage, however if you have worked with other similar systems, we will train you to utilise Sage 50.
Good organisation and attention to detail are essential for specifying quotes, ordering from suppliers, and arranging delivery dates etc.
The applicant will need all round proficiency on Microsoft Office, have good customer service skills, and have an excellent phone manner and emailing skills. You will also need to have the ability to work with a content managed website – inputting and updating products and pricing, which we will train you on. If this is you, please email your CV.

• Occasional Assistance In The Warehouse, Or On Deliveries/Installations/Collections - (This Will Involve A Physical Aspect In Moving Furniture & Will Require The Applicant To Be Physically Able to Carry Out These Duties)

• Order & Delivery Tracking
