The Duke of York's Royal Military School, Dover, Kent CT15 5EQ Required for September 2020 Pastoral Leader – Term Time

We have an opportunity for a full time, term time only Pastoral Leaders for one of our boarding houses. This is an exciting opportunity to support young people in both their academic and social life. You will work a term time only shift rota, supporting students from early morning to late afternoons over 7 days. A comprehensive training programme will be available to the successful candidates. The role would be particularly appropriate to teaching assistants, cover supervisors, support workers or anyone who has a genuine interest in working with students and who wishes to embark on a new and exciting career in a unique and iconic setting. A package of benefits includes pension, free lunch whilst on duty, use of pool and gym on site.
Salary: £13,585 per annum (38.5 hours a week, working 35 weeks which includes term time plus training day and additional days during some school holidays to full-fill the 35 weeks of working, but payment is for 40 weeks which includes holiday element. Salary is paid over the 12 months)
