ASSISTANT CARE MANAGER (INTEGRATED)
Full Time 37 hours per week
19-21k per annum DOE
Based Wateringbury, Maidstone, Kent
Crossroads Care Kent is a Charity offering a range of supportive, practical services to Carers and the people they care for. We have a rare opportunity to join our care management team.
The Assistant Care Manager will support care management teams with the operational delivery of services to carers and their families. This involves integrated duties across services including office cover, support with staff co-ordination and supervision, rostering calls, admin tasks and liaising with families. Key duties of the role include participating as part of a Kent wide referral hub and visiting families and Carers to undertake assessments across the West Kent area.
Our role would suit an organised, caring person with a good telephone manner and listening skills. Experience of working in social care, an understanding of care practice and the ability to conduct robust care assessments are essential. A qualification in Health & Social Care is desirable but access to this will be provided. Please note that a full driving licence and use of own car are required for travel within Kent.
