Salary: £21,944 per annum, pro rata

Contract Type: 5 month Fixed Term Contract

We're seeking an experience Cleaner to provide a high-quality cleaning service across five of our schemes in Bromley. In a nutshell, you'll ensure that the communal areas of the scheme are well maintained and kept in a clean and tidy condition.

What you'll be doing

* Cleaning surfaces (including internal glazing on doors etc)
* Ensure the laundry area in clean and that machines are cleaned out regularly
* Ensure that the kitchen and communal toilets are cleaned daily
* Wipe down all window ledges, woodwork and work surfaces to ensure they are clean and in a presentable condition
* Floor areas to be vacuumed or mopped as appropriate
* Dust and polish all areas as required.
* On a monthly basis, sweep out entrances, bin rooms and internal foyers as appropriate

What you'll need

* Experience of working with vulnerable adults or within a sheltered housing scheme
* Experience of cleaning
* Passionate about creating a positive, clean and safe environment for residents, guests and your team
* The ability to carry out your tasks independently
* Having a strong understanding of COSHH, Health and Safety and Safeguarding
* You have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections and cleaning
