Fantastic opportunity for an experienced office/sales administrator looking to join a busy sales and marketing environment, to expand upon their general administration skills and settle into a career.
Our client work in a Business to Business capacity, in the technology sector, and you will need to be able to adapt your commercial awareness in a fast-paced role. Process orders, reports and documentation and prepare invoicing for Accounts to process, as well as general office support including the ordering of supplies. You will also act as the first point of contact for all stakeholders, in person and via telephone and email. Update the internal databases as well as e-commerce sites and keep an updated stock allocation record, liaising with the warehouse and monitor ETAs and delays on client orders.
Working alongside the marketing team and Sales Manager, you will also work proactively to send out e-shots and marketing materials, with an awareness of new client leads coming through and acknowledging requests and enquiries, delivering strong service at all times.
You will be able to transfer existing office and sales support skills into this varied, responsible role, including:
- Organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Good IT skills and use of MS Office and/or CRM systems
- A clear telephone manner and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, with the team and clients
- A proactive, willing approach within the team
- Reliable and flexible outlook
