Working for a highly reputable Accountancy firm based local to Tunbridge Wells, you will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of clients.
The successful candidate will ideally be AAT Qualified looking to develop their existing skill-set, as well as having at least two years experience working within an Accounts Practice.
This role will be perfect for someone who is working within Practice and is now keen to move onto their next qualification and begin preparing accounts for their own portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out bookkeeping for a number of clients.
* Entering invoices including suppliers invoices and expenses.
* Reconciling clients bank accounts.
* Review clients financial records ensuring all data is accurate.
* Prepare clients VAT Returns.
* Prepare statuary annual accounts.
* Prepare company tax returns.
* Produce monthly accounts as required by clients.
Person Specification:
* Ideally AAT or Part Qualified.
* Passion to develop working within an Accountancy Practice
* Strong Excel Skills
* Experience using Accountancy Software packages, ideally QuickBooks.
* Able to multi task
* Excellent communication skills.
Salary circa £25K DOE
