Scotts Project Trust, based near Tonbridge in Kent, supports adults with learning disabilities to strive to reach their aspirations and make choices about how they want to live their lives, through three interlinked services.
We have the following vacancy;
JOB TITLE: Day Services Support Worker
REPORTS TO: Manager / Senior Support Worker
HOURS OF WORK: Session Support - 9.5 hours on Wednesday and Friday
One to One Support - 18 hours on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
OVERALL OBJECTIVES: To provide, as part of a team, flexible individually tailored day activity support, enabling people with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations to live their life to the full. To provide one to one support. To liaise with, and support, the session lead to ensure that sessions run smoothly.
The successful candidate will ideally be NVQ 3 qualified and enjoy working as part of a team.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults and expect all staff to share this commitment.
Post subject to pre-employment checks and enhanced DBS.
