Our East Kent client is looking to add another Production Engineer to their team to provide engineering support in an electronics assembly environment. With significant growth over the last couple of years, you will be joining this business at an exciting time.
The role will involve improving manufacturing techniques, product quality and cycle time reduction through process improvement techniques, driving a Zero Defects Forward quality culture and participating in the new product introduction process, working collaboratively with Development Engineering and the Manufacturing areas.
In order to be considered for the role, you will have:
* At least 2 years Production Engineering or Manufacturing Support experience within an electronics manufacturing environment.
* Be professionally qualified with a Degree or HND in an electronic discipline with working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvements techniques.
Working knowledge of Quality Assurance, Configuration and Process Controls. Demonstrable experience of use with contemporary CAD systems such as AutoCAD.
This permanent role offers the successful applicant a competitive salary, a good contributory pension, holiday, Health Care Scheme and DIS scheme. Monday to Friday 08.00-16.30.
