Our client is looking for a new IT member to join its IT support team.
This is a new permanent role created due to business growth.
The role is to provide 1st / 2nd line support by taking calls / emails, logging the calls and resolving the technical problems over the phone, by email and face to face. It is NOT 3rd line support at all and would therefore be more relevant to someone comfortable in 1st/2nd line support looking to take on more 2nd line responsibilities.
Car driver needed, the role will likely be 3 days in the office, 2 from home but with a possibility of travel to the City of London offices at some point in the future - although this may change.
Broad technical support skills across Windows, Office365, LANS, Networking and support essential.
