JOB TITLE: Customer Service Coordinator

SALARY: £22k-£24k

HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

LOCATION: Maidstone

A really exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Support Co-ordinator for a Global company based in Maidstone.

Working as part of a team of 4 this is a really enjoyable position where no 2 days are the same. The business is very proactive and encourage personnel development too. You will have access to online learning platforms that offers over 2,500 courses free of charge!

Within your new role as Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:

* Customer order processing using ERP system
* Despatching order orders from internal and external warehouse
* Invoicing customer's despatched orders using ERP system
* Logistics
* Customer Service
* Sales Support
* Operations

Skills/experience required for this position:

* Experience working in a Customer support/Account Management role is essential
* Experience working within supply chain and logistics is also essential
* Ability to prioritise, plan, work to tight deadlines and manage a range of complex administrative demands
* Ability to work with a high attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience in Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft programmes.
* Excellent time management skills
