My client, a charitable organisation with strong links to the South East of England are looking to recruit a Data Analyst to join their busy team at their Mid Kent head office.

As an organisation that looks to support individuals through a diverse range of projects and revenue streams, they partner with a range of authorities and businesses to ensure that assist them in transforming the prospects of those that they help and supporting them to find employment.

As a newly created role the Data Analyst will be highly visible, reporting to all levels of the organisation and delivering quality insight into the impact of their operations.

The Data Analyst will monitor the services that this charity provides and extract insight that will influence the overall service and delivery that the organisation takes to its different operations

A key part of this role will be your ability to extract, clean, analyse and present data to inform how services are operating.  Visualising this data and communicating back to our management teams to strengthen key messages.  The right candidate will be an excellent communicator and data analyst keen to join a dynamic and ambitious team.

Successful applicants will have:

- Degree level qualification (that includes an element of quantitative methods or statistical analysis) or the equivalent of at least 2 years experience of data analysis work (including voluntary).
- Good communication skills and the ability to convert data into key messages for managers to understand.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or SPSS, Power BI, R or similar software for data analysis.
