Littlebourne House is a residential and EMI care home. Working with the registered manager the post holder will oversee all aspects of care delivery ensuring that only the highest standards of care are given.

Your Responsibilities as a Night Lead:

Administering medication to residents
Leading and supporting junior care staff
Working alongside colleagues to assist residents
Carryout Supervisions

Skills/Requirements:

You are required to have the basic desire to care.
Candidates wishing to apply should have experience of working in an elderly people care home
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
