Are YOU ready for an exciting challenge?

This role is ideal for a detail driven individual who enjoys the prospect of a widely varying job role, where tasks will include purchasing, sourcing, product assembly & repair scheduling and customer service. If you’re up for this challenge – read on!

We're a compact, young and enthusiastic team, and we're a family-based company, trading for just over six years. Our company statement is Innovation Unleashed, People Empowered. We're dedicated to empowering cleaners and site managers everywhere, by bringing effective and well-priced innovation to the cleaning industry on a continuing basis. Since the oubreak of Covid-19 we have been busy launching new products to help with infection control and sanitisation.

At iVo we're looking to achieve this change:

To relieve the Director of as many tasks as possible so that he can dedicate time into sales and business development, pushing the company forward.

This job role is being created to look after a number of non-sales activities as efficiently as possible, including streamlining our purchasing and stock control operations. At iVo we believe in doing the best for the customer, whatever the cost, and our service levels are good, but we want to keep improving, and to do this, we need to be more efficient at our purchasing, stock control, product assembly and product repairs.

This role will include:

Purchasing – from UK, Europe and Far East, including working with suppliers and factories to resolve issues and improve products.
Sourcing – working with the product development team to find necessary products, parts and suppliers, so we can bring new products to market as quickly as possible.

Customer Service – answering calls, sorting queries, passing on enquiries to the sales team.

Repairs & Service – Liaising with engineers to make sure repairs are done as quickly as possible and customers are kept informed with progress.

Product Assembly – run the schedules for product assembly, organising the needed team members as well as the necessary parts and materials.

This job role will evolve over time as the team expands and the workload increases. We’re looking for you to help change the company for the better as we grow!

Please apply if you're hard working, enthusiastic about working in a close knit team environment, and are experienced or willing to learn fast about purchasing, importing, product assembly & repairs and customer service. Essential to be customer service driven, practical, love to keep records, and keen to work constantly for the benefit of the team.

This role will be a very rewarding and enjoyable for you if you are a good culture fit for iVo. There is a great atmosphere at iVo, and we all enjoy coming to work and putting everything in to make it a success, promote innovation and empower people.

Please don't apply if you're looking for a cushy desk job where you can settle down into a single role and work easy in a quiet corner! So what are we like here? Dynamic and driven! We're fun, we're innovative, and we're loyal and hard-working to promote the iVo brand and culture.

When you apply we would appreciate if you show that you have spent time to review this summary and explain how your skills and attitude are seriously going to help iVo forward.

We look forward to hearing from you!
