Austen Allen Homecare is an award-winning Domiciliary Care Company who is a recognised provider of high-quality service, with branches across Dartford, Gravesham and Medway.

The main purpose of the role is to provide homecare services within the community on a professional basis. You will be expected to work closely with your colleagues and members of the general public.

**Specifically, we are looking for Community Carers who can work:

Monday - Friday - 06:00AM -15:00PM (Including every other weekend)
Monday - Friday - 16:00AM - 22:00PM (Including every other weekend)

We also have positions for weekend workers to work within the above times.

If these times do not meet your preferred working hours, we still do encourage you to apply for this position, as we do have other working hours available.

Duties Include (But not be restricted to):

Personal Care
Domestic Help
Meal Preparation
Medication Prompting
Chaperone Services

Experience in care is desirable but not essential.

We value our staff and strive continuously for internal progression. All training will be provided with the opportunity of progression into apprenticeships at level 2 & 3. Due to the nature of the work, an Owner-Driver is essential.

Candidates will be required to work alternate weekends. All carers should be able to reach some of the following areas to work Gravesham, Meopham and all surrounding areas.
