Our IT systems have been developed in house over 20 years, they monitor the whole property market, bringing to your attention the people you should be speaking to from a large pool of company contacts, they might have just experienced a failed sale or been on the market for over 12 weeks, perhaps they were only just looking at some stage but have just put their property on the market in London, perhaps they have just gone under offer so they are a hot buyer. These tools are a small snippet of what will be available to you.

We also provide a branch support department who are on hand to deal with custom marketing requests, answering any questions you have and on hand to provide the type of support to help you achieve your goals.

Our COVID Plan
The service to our clients was not affected by lockdown, our systems enabled us to work from home using the same systems we use on a daily basis which included our phone systems, so our clients phoned us on our normal office numbers, the calls were routed to the team, enabling our clients and customers to speak to us. In little over four weeks we created over 100 narrated videos, which enabled us to continue to complete virtual viewings and during the lockdown period we continued to sell property. Write Your Own Cheque:
We work to a simple rule (“4times rule”), we will pay you 25% of the money you produce, so if you want to earn £25,000 you need to produce £100,000 of income.

The key to your success is to establish your sales pipeline in the first 12 months. We provide a basic wage, branch commission and incentives, all geared to help you achieve your aspirations.

To encourage team working, each member of the team is paid branch bonus on the total income coming into the branch. Branch bonus is the key to increasing your earnings, personal branch bonus levels are reviewed in July & January every year in line with our “4times rule”
