Account Manager - Chatham
£30,000 - £32,000 per year + monthly commission
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join our clients successful and growing team in Chatham.
The Role:
* Office based with field sales meetings (2-4 per month)
* Sell consultants time, rather than products
* Business development/account management
* New business generation from outbound activity
* Account management and growth from assigned existing accounts
* Activity, energy and pipeline creation will be an important initial KPI
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
* Salesperson - target driven, confident, relationship developer, resilient, tenacious
* Experience with B2B sales
* Track Record which can be evidenced through sales results and key achievements
* Insight - to correctly qualify and manage prospects and accounts
* Attention to detail - picking up on specific client requirements and producing accurate written proposals
* High standards - take ownership of own performance
* Educated to a high standard
* A consultative relationship builder
