Our client based in Gillingham is looking for a new member to join their Helpdesk / 1st Line Support Team.
As a key member of the Helpdesk / 1st Line Support Team, your main duties will be to provide technical support to customers, helping them to resolve issues.
* Helpdesk / 1st Line Technical Support via the telephone and Email
* Escalation of more complex problems to the appropriate 2nd Line
* Maintain a high degree of customer service, resolving as many tickets as efficiently as possible
* Log all support calls
The successful candidate for this role will have previous Helpdesk experience in a technical support role and have have an excellent telephone manner.
