We are working with our Client to secure a Talent Specialist for a new exciting role based in East Kent. You will be working with a team 4 and will be No.2 to the Talent Acquisition Manager who reports into Head of people. Your remit will involve managing the niche, senior and hard to fill roles within the business and you will therefore be adept at headhunting suitable candidates and looking at innovative attraction methods for niche skill sets and be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder relationship skills. Successful candidates will play a key role for on-going development and optimisation of the recruitment team and processes and deputise for the Manager in their absence. Applicants should be driven, have excellent relationship management skills and knowledgeable in all resourcing techniques.
