Complaints Handler (Financial Services)
£12.50 per hour
Rochester, Kent
As a Customer Complaints Handler you'll be speaking to customers and helping resolve complaints, highlighting root causes, and developing creative process improvements.
You'll really take the time to understand our customer's individual circumstances, and truly want to make a difference. We know all our customers are unique, so you can expect lots of variation every day.
The Role:
* Professional manner when dealing with complex complaint cases
* A general awareness of products / services & systems used within the company
* Strong communication skills, telephone, written and face to face
* Good PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
* Ability to take ownership and make decisions
* Sound negotiation skills, when dealing with complex/ financial complaint cases
