Contracted Hours: Permanent 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday)

Location: Royal Victoria Hospital
Driving Licence: Essential, as will travel to other East Kent Hospital Sites

What does the role look like?

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will support the Talent Acquisition team in the implementation of an effective and efficient recruitment service. This role will specifically assist with the management of high-volume recruitment for 2gether across the East Kent Hospital sites.

The role holder will work closely with Hiring Managers, providing them with a regular pipeline of relevant candidates for their vacancies. They will be managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, the day-to-day role will be highly varied. They must be able to work independently and prioritise workload.

The role holder will also be expected to assist in the on-going development and optimisation of the recruitment processes and in the implementation of a new applicant tracker system.



Key responsibilities will include:

Review and shortlist applications in line with the role specifications in a timely manner.
Actively engage with Hiring Managers from across the business to qualify and understand their staffing requirements.
Organise and conduct first stage telephone interviews
Organise on-site interviews between Hiring Managers and successful applicants as swiftly as possible.
Work closely with the compliance team to provide accurate and timely updates.
Ensure all internal and external clients are provided with an excellent level of customer service.
Advertise positions clearly and concisely, using the approved format for accessibility.
Support the development of the 2gether branding. Enhance our positive market reputation by ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in the development and refinement of first stage recruitment processes.


About you


We are looking for candidates with the following skills and attributes:

Effective organisation and planning skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience managing a varied and demanding workload
Good Time Management
Knowledge of recruitment processes
Can work well under pressure
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office tools
A level or equivalent educated
