Adult LD Support Worker, Dover, Flexible Shifts, Weekly pay

Your new company

You will be working through Hays Social care recruitment as a specialist learning disability support worker. You will be providing support to people with various complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Your new role

You will be working within a residential or supported living setting promoting independence and creating opportunities for vulnerable service users. You will be working with service users with a range of complex needs such as Autism, Down Syndrome and mental health disabilities. You will be working various shifts that suit your home life, with weekly pay and free training provided.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered, you MUST have worked within a social care setting for 6 months within the last 2 year period. You must be committed, reliable and flexible. You will be offered various shifts at various locations, so you must be adaptable. Own transport is preferred but not essential. A subscription to the DBS update service would be ideal as this would mean an immediate start. However, we can arrange for a DBS check
