Ethelbert Children's Services provide the complete package of care for vulnerable children with emotional and challenging behaviour encompassing fostering, residential and therapy services, with a company that has been established, within Kent, for nearly 50 years.
We are currently recruiting for Learning Support Assistants, a rare opportunity, to support our pupils in KS2 - 4 within the company's own bespoke EBD Schools; position based in our school in Ramsgate, Kent.
The successful candidates will support pupils, to achieve their full potential in Education and general development. Joining a supportive professional team of Teachers and other relevant professionals.
You will become a valued member of the Department, assisting the Teachers in delivering the national curriculum. Successful candidates will have an enthusiastic and imaginative manner, to motivate and stimulate our children and young people with numeracy and literacy in a flexible and exciting approach.
Although previous knowledge is desirable, training and support will be provided to those individuals who can demonstrate the necessary commitment, patience and resilience to succeed in this challenging but extremely rewarding role.
This position offers Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.00pm, covering the academic year.
State date: once all relevant checks, refs and DBS are in place, possible start date, September 2020.
