Sales Support Administrator
Mid Kent
Temporary Ongoing
£9.00 Per Hour
My client is a large manufacturing company based in Mid Kent
They are looking for a new team member on a temporary basis to help support the Customer Operations team within the business providing top level service to all stakeholders and an extensive administrative support function, contributing to the improvement of the customer experience.
Your duties will include:
* Working closely with the customer offering comprehensive support including diary and email management
* Assist with the packing of orders
* Acting as first point of contact internally for any sales enquires or customer queries
* Responding to other incoming sales enquiries (via email and web)
* Assisting in specific project work as required, including data manipulation and sales analysis and reporting using Excel as well as the internal CRM system
* Putting together quotations and processing orders
* Any other duties as required
The successful candidate will have:
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Previous experience in a fast paced environment
* A good attention to detail
* An enthusiastic attitude
* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
* Familiarity with CRM and MRP systems
* Intermediate - advanced Excel skills
* Solid sales support experience
* A good level of commercial awareness
* A reliable, loyal and flexible attitude
