JOB TITLE: Sales Order Processor

LOCATION: Dartford

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am -5:30pm

SALARY: £22,000- £25,000 per annum

BENEFITS: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays rising to 25 days after 5 years, Free parking, Bonus scheme

We're teaming up with the Manager of this established company find a new member to join their team.

Responsibilities

* Contacting new and existing clients
* Research new companies and leads
* Account Manager for customers
* Processing customer orders
* Follow up any existing queries or quotations
* Filling out relevant paperwork
* Updating the database
* Administration duties such as filing and printing

Skills and attributes necessary

* Previous customer service/sales experience
* Resilient
* Confident over the phone
* Computer literate
* Experience using a CRM system
* Immediate availability is preferential
