JOB ROLE: Customer Service Manager

JOB TYPE: Temporary to Permanent Role

HOURS: 9am-5pm with an hour for lunch

SALARY: £13-17phr (£25-30k)

LOCATION: Erith

About your role:

* You will be managing a team of 2-3 Customer Service Advisors responsible for answering customer calls, managing the business mailbox and dealing with tracking queries, personally managing escalated queries
* You will provide essential business support to the Head of Operations including weekly reports and daily performance updates
* Full training will be given on the bespoke internal system and on company processes in order to help you manage your team efficiently

About you:

* You are a proactive individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
* You have experience in managing people, preferably within the Logistic/Distribution industry
* You are available to interview W/C 16th March and start Monday 23rd March
