Seeking to appoint a Mechanical Engineering Technician who will join an existing team, working a day rota only, you will be dealing with the PPM, reactive fault finding and break down of the plant machinery and building asset across a large manufacturing site.

You will be self-motivated, work successfully as part of a team, possess good communication skills and a proven ability to problem solve along with a positive attitude about working with an engineering team.

We would welcome applications from any candidates who have studied a formal apprenticeship and qualified to a minimum of National Certificate level in an engineering field. However, a candidate not yet achieved full apprenticeship in engineering would also be considered.

This role will require all successful applicants to attend at least two interviews - one will include a practical skills assessment.
