Location: Rottingdean - Marine Court (East Sussex)
Hours: Part Time 8 hours per week (split and worked over 2 visits per week)

About the scheme
Marine Court is a small development of retirement apartments completed in 1994, comprising of 16 flats. There is a visiting scheme manager and emergency alarm service and there is limited parking. It is just a short walk to the shops.
We are currently looking for a Visiting Scheme Manager to join our team on a permanent part time basis.
What you'll be doing
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence and support the delivery of quality property management services which respond to customer and business needs. You'll be building and maintaining effective relationships with residents, their relatives and relevant external agencies as well as welcoming new residents.
You'll be dealing with generic leaseholder matters including neighbour disputes and breaches of lease seeking assistance when required from Regional Manager.
What we're looking for
You must be self-motivated, demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and good customer skills and have a proven track record in providing services to those with a support need. Above all we are looking for someone with a patient and caring personality and a commitment to service excellence.
