KHR Recruitment are currently looking for a driven, creative individual to join the growing team of a market-leading manufacturer as their new Marketing Manager.

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal part in developing, managing and delivering the company's marketing activities and will work alongside the commercial department and customer base to build brand awareness and marketing initiatives.

The company offers a competitive benefits package including up to £2,000 annual bonus, life cover in service 2.5x salary + 28 days annual leave.

As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

*Driving social media activity and engagement
*Working with customers on their own websites and brand positioning
*Developing the company website
*Developing activities to grow brand awareness, penetration and sales
*Promoting a favourable impression of the company's products, services and strategies
*Understanding the key target market
*Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including print communication and advertising
*1 part-time direct report

They are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years B2B marketing experience at management level. They also require familiarity with:

*PR
*Content writing
*Written communication
*Website development
*Social media strategy, with a proven track record of using Twitter, Facebook and other outlets
*Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
