Our client offers a dynamic approach to facilities management and they are now looking to recruit a permanent Duty Manager to be part of their continued success in delivering an exceptional service.

As Duty Manager, you will be expected to play a key role in leading the Guest Services Team, you will ensure that an exceptional level of service is managed, through pro-active support, auditing, coaching and performance management. Actively assist the duty managers in achieving and exceeding their targets, through leading by example and providing ongoing support for the team.

Your key responsibilities include:
Pro-actively manage and support the Guest Services Internal team in all aspects of daily operations.
Assist in conducting motivational and creative management team briefings giving clear direction and objectives for the day / week.
To be a visible presence amongst the team through MBWA.
Perform regular audits.
Performance manage the team; coaching to enhance a superior service standard - measurable through Mystery Shopper scores and senior management observations.
Lead by example, adhering to the guest Standard and style guide.
Manage the team in accordance with all HR Compliance, H&S Compliance, including appraisals, absence reporting, payroll and performance management.
Assist the management in all aspects of the On-boarding process.
Collaborative working with all other teams to ensure an excellent service is provided.

You will have the following key skills:
Management or supervisory experience within a high paced, customer service environment.
Confident and articulate
Experience of HR Policies and Procedures.
Experience of coaching and motivating others to achieve targets.
Ability to present to large groups of people.
A creative and effective communicator.
An innovator
A good understanding of IT, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
First Aid Certification

The role will be working on a shift pattern which will include weekends and bank holidays, late and early shifts.
