Are you a graduate of Drama looking to take your first steps into a new, exciting role in education? Supply Desk is currently looking for enthusiastic graduates of Drama to provide support and unqualified teaching roles within Secondary schools in the Sittingbourne area. If you are a motivated and engaging graduate dedicated to inspiring a new generation of students, we’d love to hear from you.

The role:

• Working as a Cover Supervisor within secondary schools covering a range of subjects or as a Teaching Assistant working across primary, secondary and SEN.
• Effectively manage the classroom environment to ensure pupils are on task
• Engage the pupils in the work they are undertaking
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment is maintained

The successful applicant will need:

• To have a Degree in Drama
• To have strong behaviour & classroom management skills
• To have strong interpersonal & communication skills
• To be able to engage and inspire your students
• To have a genuine passion & enthusiasm for Drama
• To hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS
