The role will include
- Managing a team of 2
- Supporting with processing order team for a food manufacturing company
- Putting new processes into place, including KPIs and targets for the team
- Customer satisfaction surveys to improve customer service levels
- Implementing new processes to improve the team and company feedback
The candidate qualifications and skills required
- Experience managing a team
- Experience within customer service improvements
- Experience improving customer feedback
- Experience implementing new process and targets for a small team
