Compliance Officer - Insurance

An opportunity to join a UK insurer based in the City of London who underwrite a range of commercial and personal lines products.
Suitable candidates for the position will already have a good knowledge of the UK general insurance regulatory environment and will have gained experience in a similar role.
You will need to be able to cope with a busy and dynamic work environment, dealing with varied tasks throughout the day.
- Demonstrate high standards to provide an advisory role for regulatory aspects.
- High degree of diligence and understanding of policy and procedures;
- Tenacity to investigate areas of concern,
- An ability to interpret, understand, maintain and advise the business on a broad range or legal and regulatory issues,
- Confident and competent to exercise a degree of autonomy and independent judgement.
