The Stock Controller / Purchaser will be responsible for organising and managing stock levels and supporting all departments with stock and non-stock purchasing and managing supplier relationships.
Responsibilities include:
All aspects of purchasing
Manager over £1m of company spend
Processing all purchasing requirements company-wide
Managing and organising stock to increase efficiency
Setting up and managing supplier accounts
Liaising with internal departments to ensure large scale projects have material requirements met
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Previous purchasing experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
Experience of order processing and receipts
Good communication skills for dealing with suppliers
IT proficient (Word/Excel)
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business
Hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm can be flexible.
£21,000 pa pro-rata
