Customer Service Administrator - Up to £19,600 - Dartford
Our client, a well-known luxury brand, is seeking a professional Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team based in their state of the art head office in Dartford.
Duties include:
* Build outstanding relationships, identify opportunities implement solutions to continually improve the customer experience
* Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Accurate use of there CRM system
* Develop high level of product knowledge to assist with customer enquiries
* Ensure service to organisations that they work with is seamless, accurate and professional
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience within a Customer Service environment
* Excellent time management and high level of productivity
* Excellent communication skills with confidence at communicating at all levels
* Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
