Astell Scientific Limited is a well-established manufacturing company based on the outskirts of London and looking to recruit for a part-time position.
About the role
To provide administrative support to the sales department, ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out accurately and within agreed timescales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and deal with these or pass on to the internal or external team
- Support and assist the UK and Export sales team with various administration queries
- Compose and return quotes in an organised and timely manner - Ability to cover for other team members when on leave
- Manage incoming emails via two mailboxes
- Any ad-hoc duties that may come up
Skills required:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft office products such as Outlook, Excel, etc
- Ability to efficiently manage workload - Ability to prioritise urgent and important work over non urgent or important tasks
Job Type:
Part-time, 20 hrs per week 10:00 - 14:00hrs
Salary: Dependent on experience
