Main duties consist of:

Dealing with Commercial Property purchases

Drafting contracts for sales, lease agreements and legal charges

Liaising with the commercial team regarding all transactions and associated business

Complying with all regulations at all times

Carrying out other client matters such as Freehold and Leasehold work
The ideal applicant:

A bachelor's degree in Law is essential for this role
*
Property Law experience is essential
*
Must be a team player
*
Must be able to use own initiative
*
Must play an active part in the company and be able to take the role to the next level
