Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on new build residential projects across South East London

Your new company
A South East London based House building contractor; expanding steadily over the last 10 years they are now one of the larger and most recognisable house builders in the area. Due to growth with upcoming projects they now require an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to help support the Commercial team.

Your new role
You will be working in a small commercial team overseeing 3-4 upcoming projects. You will be accurately reporting the financial and contractual situation of the suppliers responsible for, measure and assess the work undertaken and then submit detailed, accurate and timely applications for payment including final accounts etc

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have residential new build experience with JCT contracts and ideally degree educated

What you'll get in return
A salary of up to £45,000 in a well established company where there is room to progress in the near future.
