An opportunity for an experienced candidate in the London office of a global company has arisen. The Group is split into two parts, the first being an aggregated insurance buying programme that delivers portfolio benefits to investee companies of Private Equity firms (private equity, infrastructure, pension and sovereign wealth funds) and second, an MGA with delegated underwriting authority from multiple insurers.
You'll work within the Insurance Facility team where you will establish a broad based, global Insurance buying programme, focusing on Employee Benefits (Medical, Life, Income Protection), Workers Comp and Accident & Health.
Your responsibilities will require you to:
Initially, develop a feasibility study to identify the size and scope of the opportunity in Employee Benefits space

Select a panel of preferred insurers who can underwrite these risks globally / regionally
Work with the Insurance Facility team to agree priority clients and prospects, whilst leveraging the platform.
